adhesive layer that extends manicure wear by bonding nail lacquer to the
nail surface. Helps nail lacquer resist wear and tear, keeps color
true. Levels and seals even damaged nails, so manicures look smooth,
shiny and flawless. Conditions and strengthens nails with wheat protein
and keratin amino acids. Soft natural tone is virtually invisible under
even the most sheer nail colors.
Application: Apply one
coat to bare nails. Follow with nail lacquer and top coat.
